Horses Ponies For Sale
I am going to a horse sales in a few days to Buy A Horse, is there anything I should look out for?
I have had 2 ponies and, if I get a horse this will be my first, we have spent a long time looking for a horse and have had no luck, is there anything I should look out for at a sales? I haven’t been to a horse before so I need some advice, thank you. 
Take someone VERY knowledgeable about spotting horses with subtle problems and good at spotting horses which may have been drugged. It’s well known for sellers to take uncontrollable beasts to sales, drug them into seeming like calm horses, selling them on, the drugs wear off, you find yourself with a maniac animal you can’t even get near!
You need to go with someone who can spot health problems from a mile off, sales can be a bit of a dumping ground. There are the odd diamonds in the rough there, and genuine decent horses too, but you have to be VERY careful!
