How To Have Great kids Birthday Party~
When we think of planning a birthday party for our kids, some general questions come to mind that should be answered.
What is really important?
First – will the kids have fun?
Pony and horse parties are a lot of fun as many kids have never been on a Horse Farm, and so have not the chance to interact with all the animals on a farm. On our Stables we have chickens, geese, ducks, a miniature pig, miniature Horses and of course ponies and horses!
How about the cost?
Costs are very reasonable. At this time for an hours time with two horses, and an additional hour with the air conditioned 100 sf party room is only $250.
How to get everybody there with a minimum of fuss?
Well first to come to us you probably want to live near us – which is Acworth, Kennesaw, Marietta area of NW Atlanta Georgia. If not call your local stables and ask if they do birthday parties!
What would be good for both the parents and kids if possible?
We find many kids have never even been on a farm! They have never seen eggs in a nest, or a live pig! The kids are all over the place during their birthday party – riding the horses, playing by the lake, and checking out the animals. Parents have a great time as well. although the kids have to be watched somewhat, things are much more laid back down on the farm!
What about food?
Many people simply order from the local pizza place, some grill out, some just bring their own. Most come a little early and decorate the room, set up for cake and ice cream, and get ready for the party! It is extremely easy to stop by the grocery store or the pizza place for snacks and food and bring a cake. Some bring pinatas and all kinds of birthday party fun and games.
How to make it memorable?
Taking your children out to the ‘country’ for a couple of hours is a very memorable experience, especially when you associate this experience with riding horses for the very first time!
