Theodore O’Connor, the 13-year-old eventing “super pony” was euthanized today as a result of an injury sustained in an accident at Karen and David O’Connor’s barn in The Plains, Va., according to a statement released by the U.S. Equestrian Federation. THoughts and Fellings???

That was like 2 months ago…. Yeah it was depressing but I dont think the timing could have been any better. I think he proved, only weeks after the Rolex and Kentucky Derby that Horses get killed in freak accidents just as much as they do in the sports they participate in. What is PETA and anti-eventing/racing people going to say to that? Don’t go for a hack on horses because they might get hurt…..? His death at least proved something even though it has horrible.
