I 1) really tight pants women – are some of the men wear trousers like this, or are all those well above the knee? 2) Is "jodhpurs" the right of the name of these even if they are loose above the knee? 3) For driving styles, is "English" as "soul" or is it a subset of the above? 4) What kind of shirt is a man wear with these pants, vest in the official -?
